DMO Directorate General’s Strategic Plan for the 2025-2029 period has been approved by the Presidency of Strategy and Budget and entered into force.

During the preparation phase of the plan;

• Situation analysis has been completed with the effective and high participation of DMO’s internal and external stakeholders.
• Within the perspective of future vision, the Mission, Vision, and Basic Virtues of DMO have been defined in line with the policies and objectives set out in all high-level policy documents, particularly the Development Plan.
• In this context, 5-year goals and objectives have been defined, and target cards have been created with an integrated, holistic approach in line with the internal control system.

During the implementation phase of the plan, utmost care will be taken to ensure that activities and projects are carried out through performance programmes and evaluation reports.

This is announced to all stakeholders of DMO.
