DMO applied to the “Inspiring Public Administration Project Awards” competition, organized by the Turkish Quality Association (KalDer) Ankara branch, with the DMO Public Central Fuel Project.

The award ceremony, held on 30.04.2025 at the TKİ Conference Hall following a full day of important events, was attended by Mr. Şinasi CANDAN, DMO Director General and Chairman of the Board, Mr. Yücel EFE, Head of Strategy Development Department and other officials from the institution.

The project, which started with the development of KamuTOS (Public Fuel Vehicle Automation System) to procure fuel needed by the public sector and whose all processes from demand to payment reconciliation transitioned to electronic systems, became the only institution to receive an award in the Public Economic Enterprise (KİT) category as a result of application reviews and on-site visits by independent evaluators.

DMO Directorate General will continue to create value in public procurement with new projects.
