The 10th National Congress of Hospital and Institutional Pharmacists, organized by the Association of All Public Pharmacists, was held between April 9–13, 2025.

Mr. Şinasi CANDAN, DMO Director General, Dr. Mehmet KOCA, DMO Deputy Director General and relevant Department Heads attended the congress, where current practices, innovative approaches, and the latest developments across the wide scope of the pharmacy profession were discussed. The challenges and potential solutions for the profession were addressed. As DMO Directorate General, the problems, opinions, and suggestions of public pharmacists, one of DMO’s key stakeholders, were listened to, and information was shared regarding DMO’s activities and procurement processes.

At the congress, which was considered to be highly productive, following the presentation and briefing by Mr. Osman BAHÇEKAPILI, Department Head at General Directorate of Public Hospitals, the Ministry of Health, consultations, evaluations, and planning were made focusing on the development, strengthening and more effective and efficient operation of the Healthcare Products Market application.
