As part of the preparation efforts for our Directorate General’s 2025-2029 Strategic Plan, a “2025-2029 Application-Based Strategic Plan Workshop” was held on 06/05/2024 in the cafeteria of our Directorate General. The workshop was attended by our Director General Mr. Şinasi CANDAN, Deputy Director Generals Mr. İsmet KESKİN, Mr. Murat ALAN, and Dr. Mehmet KOCA, along with the members of the Strategy Development Board and the Strategic Planning Team.

Following the opening remarks by our Director General Mr. Şinasi CANDAN, Prof. Dr. Mehmet BARCA and Head of Strategy Development Department Mr. Yücel EFE provided information on strategic planning, strategic planning studies in SOE’s (state owned enterprises) and in our Directorate General, and the studies planned for the upcoming period.

In the workshop, it was emphasized that making strategic management an integral part of the organizational culture can only be possible with a participatory, innovative, application and system-building-based approach, along with the development of competitive competencies, and thus it is possible for our institution to prepare itself for the future. The workshop concluded with the vote of thanks of our Director General Mr. Şinasi CANDAN to Prof. Dr. Mehmet BARCA.
