Within the scope of the financial intermediation service of the State Supply Office, the Public Fuel Vehicle Automation System (KamuTOS) through which public institutions and organizations can manage their fuel supply processes electronically has been launched.

With KamuTOS, which they can access by logging into their customer e-memberships, public institutions and organizations will be able to view;

• fuel consumption information summary reports from the main page,
• registered vehicle information from the “Fleet Management” tab,
• fuel consumption information reports from the “Reports” tab.

In addition, institutions and organizations will approve each fuel purchase gradually or collectively. Fuel purchases will be deemed approved if no action is taken.

Transactions such as sending the fuel request via KamuTOS, fuel limit and authorization management will be activated soon and necessary information will be provided on our website. In addition, KamuTOS User Guide will be published in order to facilitate the transactions of institutions and organizations.
